Before Installation Care

Throughout your buying experience, our dedicated staff is here to make sure you are our number one priority, which is why each department is individually staffed. From Customer Care to Installation and Customer Service, you can rest assured that American Vision will be there every step of the way.

In this section, you will be able to view various aspects of the installation process, including the process and photos. Also in this section, you can read about our dedicated Customer Care Center. The Customer Care Center was created to gauge our internal reality and Our dedicated Customer Service Staff will be able to answer any service related questions as well as scheduling a service call if required.

Our Installation Process

At American Vision Windows, we take pride in the installation process by offering you quality and service that is second to none. We were one of the first companies in California to have certified InstallationMasters™ installers, which is a program developed by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association and transferred to InstallationMasters™ in 2003. Our installers are employee’s which means no sub contractors. So what does this mean to you?

  • Every installer goes through extensive training prior to installing a single window.
  • All of our installers attend monthly training which allows them to gain more knowledge and deliver the highest customer service in the industry.
  • Prior to becoming a Crew Chief, our installers must work on an installation crew for a minimum of 12 months and then be recommended by two other Crew Chiefs. Once accepted, they are closely monitored for a period of 90 days to ensure quality service.
  • When it comes to your home, we use the highest grade installation materials available and back every installation with a lifetime warranty.

Customer Care Staff

The customer care center was created to gauge our internal reality. We realize that the only person who can tell us how we are really doing is you, the customer. We use the feedback from our customers to improve our processes and your experience.
